Key Rules and Restrictions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and nbazi ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the nbazi online casino and sports betting service available at https://nbazi.asia and any associated mobile interfaces. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Documentary proof of age may be requested at any time, including when a withdrawal is submitted.
• You must be a natural person registering in your own name and for your own personal entertainment use. Corporate entities, trusts, and proxies are not permitted to register.
• You must not already hold an existing account on the nbazi platform. Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Holding duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction is solely your responsibility.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for a third party when registering or using the platform for any purpose.

nbazi reserves the right to request documentary evidence — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — to verify any eligibility criterion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of features on the nbazi platform — including placing wagers, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Registration includes a Know Your Customer (KYC) step which may be completed at registration or triggered at a later point, particularly when a withdrawal request is submitted.

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, login authentication, and security alerts.
• You must provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification documents. Providing a false name constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be treated as fraud.
• You must provide your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older. Date of birth information may be cross-referenced against identity documents during KYC.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication codes. You must not share login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify nbazi support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspected compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account.

nbazi may, at its sole discretion, refuse or limit registration to any individual without providing a reason. The platform also reserves the right to close or restrict any account opened or used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or platform policy.

All financial transactions on the nbazi platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all payment activity on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. No platform-imposed deposit fee applies. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their own payment provider.
• Supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Channel availability may vary. nbazi may add or remove payment channels without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the support team. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals below ৳25,000 via mobile wallet channels are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Larger amounts or bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC identity verification before processing. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays. Completing KYC at registration is strongly recommended.
• nbazi does not accept deposits made from a payment method belonging to a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the nbazi player account.

nbazi is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking systems. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit, nbazi reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, regardless of any subsequent wagering on erroneously credited funds.

nbazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaign bonuses tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published when the bonus is offered.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before conversion to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable rollover will be stated in the promotion-specific terms for each offer.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder for whom they were issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• nbazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a promotion, or modify bonus terms at any time. Such changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all associated funds forfeited.

Where a conflict exists between this general bonus section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. Players are encouraged to read all promotion pages carefully before opting in.

nbazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. nbazi also has obligations to identify and support players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinite duration. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and no deposits, wagers, or logins are permitted.
• Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to contact the nbazi support team, which is trained to handle these conversations with care and in confidence. Support is available 24/7.
• nbazi reserves the right to impose responsible gaming interventions — including mandatory cooling-off periods, deposit limit reductions, or temporary account suspensions — on any account where patterns of play may indicate problem gambling.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbazi platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

• Using any software, bot, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of or in addition to manual play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploitation of a platform error are invalid and will be removed from the account balance.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform rules, including chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Using the platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any form of financial fraud, including through stolen payment credentials.
• Registering or using multiple accounts under the same or different names for any purpose, including circumventing account limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion periods.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process, or failing to update account information when it changes.

nbazi employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation, during which the relevant account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending resolution.

All content on the nbazi platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, visual design, user interface layout, text content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of nbazi or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the nbazi platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbazi's liability to any player is limited as set out below. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

• nbazi is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• nbazi does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by third-party game providers. nbazi does not control and is not responsible for individual game outcomes, RTP fluctuations, or variance experienced by players during any session.
• nbazi is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to log out of their account, or from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, applicable retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.

All personal data collected by nbazi is processed using secure systems with SSL encryption. nbazi does not sell personal data to third parties.
